A jar of overnight oats is the newest breakfast trend.  I thought nothing of it until I made a container myself, equipped with cinnamon, greek yogurt, and a generous portion of peanut butter.
When I have little time to eat in the morning, this breakfast is efficient.  It takes no more than 7 minutes to create and the rest is hands-off.

I combined a few different recipes to land on a delicious one of my own.  Warning: use the slightest amount of cinnamon.

Mix Together:
1. 1/2 Cup of Rolled Oats; 1/3 Cup Almond Milk; 1/3 Cup Greek Yogurt; 1 tbsp Almond Butter; 3 tbsp Peanut Butter and a sprinkle of Cinnamon
2. Refrigerate Overnight
3. Mix in Fruit and/or Chopped Nuts

Thankfully, I made 2 batches - one that tastes like a giant cinnamon stick and the other, a balanced, slightly spiced mixture.  Let's be real, the peanut butter is the most important flavor here.  If I were to improve upon my batch of overnight oats, I'd add some banana and additionally, try a jar without peanut butter but with berries.

I really enjoyed this, but classic greek yogurt with fruit and granola is still my reigning favorite.

Any similar recipe suggestions? xx
