Deemed by Rolling Stone as, "inspirational" and "intoxicating," The Artists Den is a fairly new series by PBS: I would venture to label it their best arts programming to date.
After watching an episode on one of my favorite bands, The Zac Brown Band, I am enthusiastic about this series. It offers live footage of concerts and exclusive interviews with artists, where each musician has the opportunity to communicate his/her sources of inspiration. And, let me tell you, the concert footage of Zac Brown Band is enough to evoke a feeling of summer in the midst of this snow. If you're a music buff, this is worth checking out. This is true feel-good programming.
