Everyone knows that peanut butter is a divine food:
"Then God said, Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds, but mostly peanuts for peanut butter. And it was so." - Genesis 1:11
I was craving something with peanut butter the other night. Since I no longer eat meat, I couldn't make my usual chicken and brown rice with peanut butter sauce (the peanut butter sauce on rice is otherworldly because the grains soak up so much flavor). Instead, I decided to make peanut butter noodles: popular and pretty easy. It was delicious. I eyed most of the ingredients and it's the kind of thing that needs taste-testing to get it right, but below I've included a list of ingredients.
1 cup of shredded celery; a handful of chopped jicama; a handful of chopped scallions (or onions); one box of cooked spaghetti - add peppers if that's the kind of girl you are.

Sauce: 3 tablespoons of fresh peanut butter; soy sauce; hot sauce (I think it calls for a lot of it to counter the sweetness of the peanut butter); Lee & Perrins; sesame oil; sweet chili sauce.
