Whenever I notice myself getting into a negative spiral, I remind myself to choose love and breathe more deeply. Sometimes, this is all it takes for me to snap out of it.
Lately, I've been reading about the power of thoughts and our responsibility to direct our own mind musings (as much as is possible). I have to say, this belief is empowering for me.
While traveling through France this summer, I glanced up and spotted this Harry Potter quote written above an archway. It made me smile and instilled within me a feeling of faith.
